The Astrids

“Nod proudly to the psychedelic sounds that have come before them, but at the same time stir up enough inventiveness in their musical soundscape to keep you listening closely – the energy is consistent, yet never overdone” – Denim + Leather

A powerful, melody driven Neo-Psychedelic rock band; sparkling guitars, tight low end and ethereal lyrical imagery included. Championed by, BBC introducing, rapidly growing through the Psychedelic and Indie scene. During their shows, conjuring up a sound reminiscent to the acid-fuelled psych rock scene of the 60’s and 70’s, whilst drawing influence from a modern, Neo-psychedelic, surf rock and garage rock sound and put on a show that is positively flamboyant and energetic.
Spearmint Tongues

“The vocals are passionate and show off amazing range as everything flows together brilliantly. Looking forward to hearing a lot more from this promising new project.” – Custom Made Music (blog)

A psych-rock band from Leeds, who’ve released two EP’s Migraine and Easy Peasy and are currently on their way to releasing their next single ‘Glow’.

A recipe for change, they’re a different flavour to current acts, their sound is unique and bewitching, supplemented by a vicious live force. As they expand their fanbase over the UK, this grunge, psych-minted project is ready to kick some doors down.
Queens of The Stone Age, Ty Segall, Wand, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Jeff Buckley

“Well judged and dramatic.” – Neil King

“This is, without doubt, an impressive début showcasing the band’s individual and collective talents. The songs are well chosen to demonstrate their range and there’s a potential on display which promises much for the future.” – Tony Birch, FATEA

From Leeds, the most promising folk-punk band to emerge onto the scene in 2018. They lace rich and haunting vocals with gritty yet poetic violin lines; all sitting above the fiercest rhythm section to rise from the midlands. Creating an experimental blend of rock, punk and folk music that will shake you to the core. WATERSIDE released their debut EP ‘Under My Skin’ 6.11.18.
