Saint Leonard
Signing to Xtra Mile Recordings on grave of William Blake in the city of London, The making of debut album ‘Good Luck Everybody’ is a strange journey littered with stories, starting out in the Hollywood Hills with a detour through the Mojave Desert, a cabin in Nashville, and a gothic church on the Yorkshire moors, and ended with the recording at Childwickbury Manor in St Albans, the former home of legendary film director Stanley Kubrick. The album was engineered by Kubrick’s grandson in a studio adjacent to the great mans study, recording in the place where parts of famed movies like The Shining, Barry Lyndon and Eyes Wide Shut were filmed.

“It’s a surrealist, mystical odyssey of self-discovery, maximal hedonism and jaws-ofdeath revelation” – Mark Beaumont, NME

“Weird, wonderful and evocative – a broad, cinematic, engrossing piece of work, rippling with ambition” – Clash Magazine

Sam Wilde
Sam Wilde is a Leeds based Singer/songwriter.
His songwriting harks back to a style that was mastered by British bands in the 90s, showing the influence of his time growing up in Manchester, but is modernised by the rugged personality of his voice and strikingly delivered lyricism. The result is a sound that is finely poised between anthemic rock and gentle Americana – all tied together with a dazzling pop sensibility.

A four piece band formed in Leeds, delivering sounds drenched in rhythm and angsty rock vibes.
