An Alternative Rock/Grunge three-piece based in West Yorkshire, who’ve played the BBC Stage at Leeds & Reading. Performing a high energy arrangement of primarily originals, with a few covers thrown in for fun.

Taking inspiration from bands such as Misfits, Nirvana, as well as a few local favourites. Currently comprising of members: Sammy Cooper on the bass/vocals, Jack Hendy on percussion, and Rob Arkle with a fusion of both rhythm and lead guitar.

They’re the product of a love for hard hitting rock and the need to rave! They use a unique blend of mosh and dance to create an energetic spectacle you should not miss.

Sharing influences from a range of genres from Alternative Rock to 90’s Rave and gaining inspiration from Leeds’ underground dance scene and their love for classic rock legends such as Audioslave and Pink Floyd.

They recorded their debut single ‘DIG’ with renowned producer David Watts (Kaiser Chiefs, The Fall, Allusondrugs), and it was released 18th of May & is available to download!

Lunar Sounds is Leeds’ grooviest independent girl band, conjuring up fierce indie/alt rock with a DIY attitude.

Formed in early 2018, the three-piece combine group vocals with pounding drums and clashing guitars to create a supercharged sound.
