Saturday 20th of April
£5 OTD only
We are back baby! On the 20th of April we are celebrating a very special day indeed in true Low-Life Style. We’ve got some delightfully spacey and psychedelic acts to make your mind melt away as you smoke away those last brain cells.
The Indica Gallery
The Indica Gallery are a psychedelic quintet based in Liverpool, England. Their unique sound blends 60s and 70s-Pop influenced Songwriting with modern psychedelic overtones and the kind of northern grit synonymous with many classic indie artists. Layers of harmonies float effortlessly above their spacious and refined musical soundscapes, which draw upon an eclectic range of genres to create a distinctive sound that is both daringly unorthodox and shamelessly familiar.
FFO: The Babe Rainbow, Drugdealer, Her’s (god bless their souls)
Little Hand Feet
Leeds’ Little Hand Feet will be bringing angular, soulful art rock – the kind you’d expect if Omni kissed Andy Savage in the presence of Parquet Courts. Expect a frantically ADHD induced rock-coma.
FFO: Parquet Courts, Omni, Television
After a year long hiatus, Hot Snack are back with a new sound, leaving behind the shoegaze and now combining psychedelia with noise rock. Expect hard hitting and angular riffs, noisy guitars and abstract “out of this world” textures reminiscent of the 60’s and 70’s.
FFO: King Gizzard, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Sonic Youth
Originating from Nottingham, Leeds based Psychedelic Pop band Multinut Butter bring you some of the finest in excessive reverb and difficult to decipher vocals. Their blend of pop hooks with rowdy rock jams create a sound that will appeal to all fans of modern psychedelia.
FFO: Mild High Club, Tame Impala and Connan Mockasin
